Built in the field. Improved by experience. Engineered for real-world impact.
Aerocarrier Innovation is an Indian drone technology company developing application-focused UAV products and end-to-end drone solutions. We design, validate and improve our systems through real field operations rather than treating every application as the same engineering problem.

The idea for Aerocarrier grew from years of wanting to build a startup, experimenting with different ideas and learning from what did not work. To understand the drone industry from the inside, Ashish Yadav worked at a drone startup and studied the market, product-development process and operating challenges closely.
During that period, he saw a recurring product-level gap: many drone platforms depended heavily on generic imported frames and component ecosystems, while the aircraft itself was not always engineered around the exact application it had to perform. After meeting Kunal Dhiman, the two began exploring the idea of building an application-focused drone manufacturing and solutions company — Aerocarrier Innovation.
Their first deep study was agriculture spraying. By speaking directly with farmers and spraying pilots, they repeatedly encountered problems such as bulky 10-litre platforms, limited flight endurance, higher local transportation and operating effort, ownership cost and after-sales support concerns. Farmers were interested in drone technology, but many were hesitant about what happened after purchase.
That became the design brief for AgriFly S10:
Understand the application on the ground first, then engineer the product around the people, operating conditions and problems it actually needs to serve.
A timeline shaped by market research, prototyping, village-level testing, revenue-generating operations and continuous product improvement.
September 2024
We started designing the concept for our own agriculture spraying drone while studying the drone industry, product gaps and real operating problems. The team connected directly with farmers and agriculture spraying pilots to understand issues with existing products at ground level.
December 2024
During the ideation stage, Aerocarrier Innovation was incubated at Parul Innovation & Entrepreneurship Research Centre (PIERC), Parul University, gaining early-stage support, mentorship and an innovation ecosystem for product development.
January 2025
We received a ₹2.4 lakh prototype grant to convert the application-level idea into a working product and begin structured prototyping and testing.
February 2025
We developed our first in-house designed agriculture spraying drone, AgriFly S10, creating the first prototype ready to move from the workshop into real field testing.
March 2025
We began presenting and operating the drone through village-level demonstrations to observe performance in real conditions, collect feedback and continuously improve the product. This marked the beginning of roughly one year of on-ground validation.
May 2025
As demonstrations built local trust, we began receiving agriculture spraying orders in the same areas. Services were offered at approximately ₹300–₹400 per acre with a 20-litre spray volume per acre, allowing us to generate revenue while continuing product validation.
26 July 2025
Aerocarrier Innovation was formally incorporated as a private limited company, marking the transition from an early-stage venture into a structured business entity.
September 2025
We received our first B2B deployment for anti-larvicide spraying over flooded areas of the Yamuna River, working on the MCD project through DFM and demonstrating our capability beyond agriculture.
January 2026
Using operational and field data gathered through months of testing and deployment, we finalized the production-oriented version of our flagship AgriFly S10.
May 2026
We started research and development of CamFly N100, expanding Aerocarrier's product-development work beyond agriculture spraying platforms.
Today
Aerocarrier now combines UAV product development with agriculture and public-health deployments, project-based B2B drone solutions, equipment rental models and the Pilot Partnership Program — while continuing R&D for new applications.
AgriFly S10 was not finalized after a few controlled tests. The platform evolved through village demonstrations, spraying orders, operational usage and repeated feedback from real field conditions.
That field-first development process continues to shape how Aerocarrier approaches every new product and drone solution.
