Aerocarrier provides drones on a rental basis under the Pilot Partnership Program, enabling experienced pilots to use the equipment for their own agricultural drone spraying business.
All equipment provided remains the exclusive property of Aerocarrier. The rental arrangement does not grant ownership rights to the pilot.
The minimum lock-in period is four months from the date of equipment handover. Early termination during the lock-in period attracts a penalty equal to one month's rental.
Monthly rental of ₹35,000 is payable in advance on or before the first day of each month. Payment is made through bank transfer or another agreed mode. Delay may result in suspension of operations and repossession of equipment.
The equipment is to be used only for agricultural spraying activities and must not be used for illegal, unethical or unauthorized purposes. It must not be sub-rented, transferred or shared with a third party.
The pilot must hold a valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC), comply with applicable laws and regulations, ensure safe operations, take necessary precautions and obtain required flying permissions.
Aerocarrier provides standard technical support for manufacturing defects or technical faults. Routine cleaning, upkeep and day-to-day maintenance are the pilot's responsibility. Damage caused by negligence, improper use, crash, water damage or unauthorized modification is repaired or replaced at the pilot's cost.
Any damage, partial or total loss, or theft must be reported to Aerocarrier immediately. The pilot is liable for repair or replacement costs where the issue is not attributable to manufacturing defects. In case of theft, an FIR must be filed and a copy shared with Aerocarrier.
The equipment is insured by Aerocarrier. If an insurance claim is rejected due to the pilot's negligence or violation of terms, the pilot bears the full cost.
The pilot is responsible for acquiring customers, quoting prices and delivering services. Aerocarrier is not responsible for the pilot's customer commitments, payments or disputes. The pilot is expected to maintain high service quality and professional conduct.
Aerocarrier may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in case of misuse, non-payment, violation of terms or illegal activity. On termination, all equipment must be returned in good working condition.
The pilot must not disclose proprietary information, data or business details of Aerocarrier to any third party.
Disputes should first be resolved amicably. Unresolved matters are subject to the jurisdiction stated in the final signed agreement.
Aerocarrier reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions with prior notice.
Equipment is handed over in proper working condition with a checklist signed by both parties. On completion or termination, all equipment, accessories and documents must be returned. Missing or damaged items are charged to the pilot.
